What kinds of events can I track?
Use a Space for a birthday, wedding celebration, family gathering or another occasion you are arranging. Record costs such as the venue, food and decorations, and organize them by category.
Can other organizers add expenses?
Yes. Invite them to the event’s Space and give them editing access. They can record the costs they cover, so you have the figures together as the arrangements progress.
Can I keep records for different events?
Yes. Give each occasion its own Space, budget and expense record. You can review one event without mixing its costs with another.
Can I review the costs after the event?
Yes. Look back at the total and see how much went on food, the venue and other costs. You can also save a copy to share with anyone helping plan the next occasion.
